  • • Check if you upgraded mid-month (prorated charges)
  • • Verify the plan you're subscribed to
  • • Look for tax additions based on your location

Contact support if the amount still seems incorrect.

Service Suspended Due to Payment

If your service is suspended for non-payment:

  • • Update your payment method immediately
  • • Your data and settings are safely preserved
  • • Service resumes automatically after payment
  • • No data is lost during suspension
