This guide walks you through uploading your first invoice and seeing Sortpay's AI extraction in action. The entire process takes less than a minute.
After signing in, you'll land on your dashboard. Click on the "Invoices" section or look for the upload area.
First time?You'll see a welcome message and quick tour option. Feel free to skip it and jump right into uploading your first invoice.
You'll see a large upload area with a dashed border. You can:
Simply drag your invoice file from your computer and drop it in the upload area.
Click anywhere in the upload area to open your file browser and select an invoice.
File size limit: Up to 10MB per file. Most invoice files are well under this limit.
Once uploaded, Sortpay's AI immediately starts processing your invoice. You'll see:
